It lags to much

Starting from clicking onto the game and all the way to where you start playing, it lags all the time. If someone has a reason for this please tell me or if its the game itself please fix it now. Sorry for the people who spent $19.99, I only spent $14.99 but its still money I’m going to waste if you dont fix it.
